Everything about how EU Vetted operates, who runs it, and where to take action if something is wrong, with links to the underlying pages.

What we do, what we promise not to do

About EU Vetted: what the directory is, why it exists, and the five brand-level commitments (clearly labeled ads and sponsored placements, no paid signal assessments, no third-party data resale, vendor opt-out within 14 days, source transparency on every data point).

How we make editorial decisions

How we assess: the compliance signals, the CLOUD Act exposure flag, and the ownership signal. What each value means, how it is assigned, and what evidence supports it.

Editorial guidelines: what is editorial, what is paid, the conflict-of-interest policy, the verification cadence, the right of reply, and what we explicitly do not do (no aggregated third-party reviews, no AI-generated compliance assessments).

How the site is funded

Funding transparency: who pays for the site, what it earns today (nothing yet), how affiliate links work, what money can never buy, and the always-current list of affiliate partnerships.

Your data, your rights

Privacy notice, under GDPR Art. 13. What data we process, why, where it lives, who can see it, and how to exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, complaint to a supervisory authority).

Vendor relations

Request removal: the 14-day vendor opt-out, how to submit, what happens next. Unconditional, including for vendors paying for any form of placement.

Product logos: where a listing shows a vendor's logo or icon, it is used unchanged and only to identify that product, never to suggest endorsement or partnership. Vendors can send us a preferred logo or ask for it to be removed through the same removal channel, within the same 14 days.

The legal layer

Legal Notice: registered provider details.

Terms of service covering visitor use: acceptable use, affiliate disclosure, no warranty, limitation of liability, governing law.
